I love how Jackson tells this story in interviews. Millar and Hitch never asked for permission to use his likeness in The Ultimates. So one day, Jackson was in a comic book shop, picked up a copy of Ultimates, and sees his face, Immediately calls his agent asking “Did we okay this??”, and when his agent told him they hadn’t, he called Marvel personally to say “Okay then, you can keep doing this, and I won’t sue. BUT, if there’s ever a movie, call me and I get to be Nick Fury”.
